Some of my LEAST favorite NCAA Leotards!

The time has come! We will now take a look back at my least favorite NCAA leotards. Let the fun begin!

Florida

Our first look is this weird Gator leotard. The thing that totally ruins it for me is that weird sequins belt around the stomach. It's just so bizarre looking.. Delete that, and it would actually be an okay leo.

Alabama

Like I said in my previous post, I'm not a fan of Bama's leotards. And this one is no exception. There is just too much going on! The shine, the mesh, the sequins.. There is a lot of good ideas, but they should have been put in to 5 different leo's instead of one. The "A" on the side would have been a nice idea if the rest of the leo just had been plain and simple. Why an "A" AND a "Bama". We get it! You are proud to be an Alabama gymnast, but give it rest ok? All that, and then you add the sequins, the waaaay too shiny fabric, the mesh, the red and white and (Ala)BAM(a)! You've got a shiny sparkly christmas themed disaster!

Georgia

I can't fully hate this Leo because it's Courtney who's wearing it (Look at that smile!), but I don't like it. The colors remind me of vampires, and the shape of the white and red kind of look like teeth which doesn't help! It would have helped, if the hadn't use that much white and red. The 3 colors all make too big of a statement if you know what I mean? Anyway, I'm not a fan.

LSU

It's difficult to make yellow and purple look good together, and it shows! Either you go with the purple or you go with the yellow. You can't do both, and this is a great example of why! It's just not pretty! And then they try saving it by putting silver in between the two colors and it just end up making it worse. I can't tell you why, but these colors just don't go together. They should have been more minimalistic with one of the colors. Too much of each color is making this leo remind of some cartoon villain.

Illinois

Our next look is this way too busy leotard. Once again. Too much going one. That's all I have to say.

Missouri
No. It looks like a one arm leo, which is never cute. Honestly, I like when gymnasts are different and daring when choosing their leo, but unfortunately this just doesn't work. But to their defense the leotard would have been quite boring without the mesh part. Maybe they should have gone with some sparkles instead?

That was it for now! I hope you enjoyed taking a look at some of my least favorite NCAA leotards! See you next time ^_^

Some of my favorite NCAA Leotards!

It's the NCAA season! Which means.. Gymnastics every weekend! So GOODBYE SOCIAL LIFE!
Of course we have to take a look back at all the best and worst NCAA leos. Just to start off on a good note, I've chosen to take a look at the best leotards first, so here we go!

UCLA

I have personally never seen a UCLA leotard that I didn't like, so it was difficult for me to only choose one! At last I settled with this one, and It is one of my favorites! I love the navy blue that UCLA is known for, and I absolutely love the fact, that most of their leos are mat and not shiny. This one is simple but eye catching! The holes and the "few" sequins in the front makes the leotard look classic, elegant and different from the rest of the field. My favorite part is the back! I LOVE that UCLA leotards always got low backs. I know there is a lot of people who are against it, but I just think it makes them stand out that much more. I personally love low backs on myself so of course any low back leotard is a friend of mine!

Florida

I've never really been a fan of Florida's leotards, but I kind of like this one. First of all, It's black. I love black leo's because you don't see them very often and they suite all gymnasts. Second of all, they haven't gone overboard with the details. I love the simplicity of the stripes going around the body, and I like that they haven't use sequins other places that on the stripes and the arms.  I could have done without the "GATORS" down the right sleeve, but I get why they want to label themselves. They ARE the National Champions you know..

Alabama

It's really difficult to find a Alabama leotard that I like. Most of Alabama's leotards are way to sparkly and shiny for my taste, but this one captured my eyes! It's simple and it has that deep red color that I really like! The strings of sequins running over the chest looks really elegant and gives the leotard just enough spark to make it look classic without it being overdone.

LSU

Normally this kind of leo isn't my taste, but for some reason I really like this one. I'm not a big fan of too much shine and sparkle, but this leo manages to incorporate both the colors and the mascot of LSU in a very creative and fun way. The purple base with the sparkly gold tiger stripes running over the chest and down the sleeves. It's different, it's noticeable and I like it!

Utah

I love this leotard! I especially like how the stripes down her chest and up her sleeves are really sharp and precise. Besides that there isn't really much to say about this leotard other than It's black and it's simple! It's a winner!

Arkansas

I love this one too. Black, simple, elegant and then it got that low back I really like. I love the details around the neck and on the sleeves. And the delicate pinkish color is gorgeous! Where can I buy this?

So there you are! Some of my favorite NCAA leotards! I hope you enjoyed!
Next time we'll take a look at some of my least favorite leo's. Can't Wait!
